THE TRUTH ABOUT REIKI

Reiki has changed over the many years since it was first discovered,essentially Reiki represents the life force "prana" that is life in all things,when this energy is blocked or hampered it usually is a signal from the deeper part of yourself to check in and find out whats going on.

Just like if you hear a rattle in your car,you would stop and look in on the noise or you would have your car serviced or you run the car till it can not run anymore,we seem to do the same things to ourselves, Reiki is like a service centre that helps to get things running at their best again,just because it is not really understood does not mean that it does not work.

Reiki has been around longer than most healing modalities and has helped people find their own inner healer, it introduces you to the wonderful world of self healing,yes you can see a Reiki practitioner but essentially your doing the "healing".
